Dairy Plant Food Safety Workshops

The Innovation Center’s Food Safety Committee promotes industry adoption of in-plant pathogen control programs. Its Dairy Plant Food Safety Workshop, held multiple times a year, offers hands-on training, tools, and expert-led sessions covering food safety fundamentals, EMP, SSOPs, and troubleshooting through lectures, activities, and team exercises.
